The beard that didn't grow. Designed, not just filled in.
Symmetric patches, white spots after acne, a jawline that doesn't close. A beard transplant rebuilds what genetics didn't complete — one follicle at a time, at the exact angle a natural hair grows.
Four things that change the result.
- 01
DHI technique with Choi pen
The only technique that lets us simultaneously control angle, depth and direction of every single hair. For the beard, where the angle changes from area to area (chin more vertical, cheeks more horizontal), it is non-negotiable.
- 02
Donor: nape, fine hair
We select single follicles from the occipital area, choosing the finest, softest hairs — those that most resemble beard hair. The donor area is not noticeable and is not fully shaved.
- 03
Progressive density
We don't fill it the way you'd fill a scalp area. We work in progressive density: thinner along the cheeks, fuller on chin and moustache. The result must look natural even up close.
- 04
Slow, definitive growth
Transplanted hairs fall out in the first 4 weeks (shock loss effect). From the third month they regrow, by the sixth month the shape is visible. At 12 months the beard is complete and you shave it like one you've always had.
- TYPICAL GRAFTS
1500 – 3000
Depending on the extent of the areas to cover and the desired density.
- PROCEDURE DURATION
5 – 7 HOURS
Local anaesthesia, single session. No need to repeat.
- SOCIAL RECOVERY
7 DAYS
Crusts fall off naturally. After a week you go out without anyone noticing.
- FINAL RESULT
12 MONTHS
Maturation is progressive. The definitive shape is visible from the ninth month.
When it makes sense, when it doesn't.
Not everyone is a candidate. We say it before the consultation, not after a deposit is signed. An honest medical evaluation is worth more than a sale.
- Patchy or asymmetric beard from genetic causes
- Scars from acne, trauma or burns that prevent growth
- Completely hairless areas (chin, moustache, sideburns)
- Sufficient donor density (the nape must have hair)
- Adult age, stable hormones
- Under age 22 – 23: the beard is still completing its natural growth
- Active alopecia areata: the immune system would reject new follicles
- Insufficient donor: if the nape is already thin, grafts can't be taken without damaging it
- Unrealistic expectations: a thick beard cannot be created from scratch in areas with no prior hair growth

Send us a photo of your beard (natural light, front and profile) via WhatsApp. The doctor reviews it personally, tells you whether you're a candidate and how many grafts are needed. No obligation, no inflated prices.
