The Data Controller is La Bella Via Clinic, with offices at Ethemefendi Cad. 90a D:90a, Erenköy, 34738 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. For any request regarding personal data processing, write to info@labellaviaclinic.com.
We collect the data users voluntarily provide through the contact forms on the site (first name, last name, email, phone number, any free-text information entered in messages). We also collect anonymized navigation data through Vercel Analytics (pages visited, country, device type). We do not collect health data directly from the site: any clinical information is handled offline, on premises or via secure channels.
Data is processed to respond to information and consultation requests (legal basis: art. 6.1.b GDPR, performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject), to comply with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR), and to analyze site usage in aggregated and anonymous form (art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the service).
Data is processed via electronic tools and stored on servers managed by Vercel Inc. (USA), which provides adequate safeguards under GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses. Request emails are handled via Resend (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses). Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to respond to the user's request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless the user requests otherwise or legal obligations apply.
Users have the right at any time to request access to their data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability (arts. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@labellaviaclinic.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the supervisory authority in their EU country of residence.
Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be communicated only to the technical providers necessary for the service (hosting, transactional email, possible internal CRM) and always within contractual relationships that impose confidentiality obligations.
Some technical providers (Vercel, Resend) are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with art. 46 GDPR.
